Fynbos Lite Premium White

This premium white blend consists of Sauvignon blanc, Viognier, Semillon, and Chardonnay. The 4 wines were fermented separately, of which the Chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged on the fine lees for 6 months. Thereafter the wine was blended to achieve a full mid-palate. Pre-bottling the alcohol was reduced to a final 8.5 %
