Ridgelands Sandstone Sauvignon Blanc – 2020

Yellow straw colour. Toasty nose with hints of dried fruit. Herbaceous on the palate with peas and asparagus. A well-hidden acidity, with a full mid-palate. Round, rich and savoury with a lingering finish.
